Remove
Gently take off your press-on nails before performing ablution.
Perform wudhu
Complete your ablution as usual so water reaches your natural nails.
Reapply
Once dry, press your nails back on using fresh sticky adhesive tabs.

What wudhu-friendly means
"Wudhu-friendly" refers specifically to the quick-removal application method using sticky tabs. The press-on nails themselves are not water-permeable, so they should be removed before ablution.
